ABOUT NOELLE
Hi, Iβm Noelle Mancivalano, founder of The Giddy Group: a social media agency built for businesses that love and protect our home planet.
After living in and around the Berkshires since 2012, Iβve realized something: thereβs a social media content gap here, and many of the incredible businesses, organizations, and destinations in the Berkshires could use support telling their story online. So Iβve decided to expand my agency to support business in the Berkshires. My specialty is breaking down social media into something practical, approachable, and easy to understand!
A little about me:
Iβm an outdoorist through and through. Youβll find me hiking all over the Berkshires, identifying birds, plants, and anything else I can nerd out about.
I started my social media career in 2016 at a media planning and buying agency. Since then, Iβve managed over $20m in social media ad spend and curated social strategies and content for over 50 brands!
In 2024, I launched The Giddy Group, a social media agency for businesses that get people outside and make the world a greener place.
Fun fact: I also run @the.berkshires on TikTok, which has generated more than 1 million views since launching in 2025. Itβs a place where I celebrate everything the berks has to offer!

We offer this workshop 3x per year. The next workshop begins September 15, 2026 and ends October 15, 2026. There are 5 live, remote, interactive sessions (1 hour each). Each lesson is recorded if you can't attend live.
Each session is during βlunch hourβ on Tuesdays (weeks between 9/15-10/15) 12:00pm-1:00pm EST so you can watch from anywhere. However, try and chime in via desktop if you can so you can take advantage of the interactive section.
-
It sure is! While you'll get the most value from attending live and participating, we understand that life and business happen!
All sessions will be recorded, so if you miss a class, you can catch up on the lesson and implementation exercises on your own schedule.
You'll still have access to the training materials, templates, and resources covered throughout the program.
That said, this workshop is designed to be hands-on and interactive. The more consistently you attend and implement what you learn, the better your results will be.
If you know you'll miss a few sessions, you'll still benefit from the program and you can send your questions via a provided form.
-
Yes! All workshop sessions are held remotely via Google Meet or Zoom.
Each session is structured to help you learn and take action in real time:
First 20 minutes: A focused lesson on the week's topic
Next 30 minutes: Hands-on implementation time, where you'll apply what you've learned by creating content, planning posts, or working on your social media strategy
Final 10 minutes: A rapid-fire Q&A where you can get feedback, troubleshoot challenges, and ask questions
Weβll wrap each session with with me assigning you βhomeworkβ so you can use the following week to finalize the content that you started in the workshop.
The goal is for you to leave each session having not only learned something new, but also made progress on your social media presence.
-
We cap each workshop at 10 businesses. This is a small interactive group, so you can bounce your ideas off of other local community members and get designated time for your questions to be answered.
-
This workshop is designed for any local business or aspiring creator in the Berkshires - whether you're service-based, product-based, or operate a brick-and-mortar storefront.
It's ideal for founders, business owners, marketing employees, who know they need a social media presence and can dedicate 2-3 hours per week (or ~30 minutes per week day) to creating content and engaging with their audience.
This workshop is primarily designed for business owners who aren't quite ready to hire a social media manager or marketing team and want to learn how to manage + create for their social media themselves.
That said, if hiring a social media manager is on your roadmap, this workshop can still be incredibly valuable. You'll gain a solid understanding of content creation, strategy, analytics, and platform best practices, which will help you set realistic expectations, communicate more effectively, and better manage a social media professional when the time comes.
-
By the end of the workshop, you'll have practical tools, a clear strategy, and content ready to use for your business.
You'll leave with:
Your finalized brand content pillars, so you always know what to post and why
A customized marketing content calendar for the month of your choosing
Content ideas and templates for 2β3 posts per week
New skills in creating video content, carousel posts, and storytelling-driven content
Reusable content calendar and planning templates you can continue using long after the workshop ends
Recordings of every session for future reference
Greater confidence showing up online and marketing your business consistently
Most importantly, you'll leave with a repeatable system for creating content that feels authentic to your brand and sustainable for your schedule!
-
We'll primarily be focusing on Instagram, but you will be able to repurpose all of your content and learnings across other platforms such as Facebook or TikTok.
-
Absolutely. In fact, starting your social media presence before launch can be a great way to build awareness, generate excitement, and connect with potential customers before your doors officially open.
You don't need a website to join, but you should have the foundations of your brand in place, including your business concept, logo, brand colors, and general brand direction.
This workshop is designed for both established businesses and those preparing to launch. By the end of the program, you'll have a content calendar and the confidence to market your business when you're ready to go live.
-
YES! Thatβs part of the reason weβre offering this course in September, so that you can plan your holiday messaging ahead of time.
-
To get the most out of this workshop, you'll need to be willing to dedicate 1β2 hours per week to creating content and implementing what you learn. (Chances are you're already spending that time on social media! This workshop will help you shift from consuming content to creating it!)
You'll also need to be open to putting yourself out there. Showing your face and sharing your story online can feel intimidating, but that's exactly what we'll work on together. This workshop is designed to help you build confidence and become more comfortable showing up on social media.
To participate, you'll need:
β’ A Canva account
β’ A CapCut or InShot account for video editing
β’ Notion or Google Sheets for planning and organizationI'll also provide recommendations for optional gear, such as a tripod or microphone. These tools can help improve your content, but they are not required to get started.
-
Participants should already have a basic familiarity with social mediaβwhether through personal or business useβand understand core platform functions such as posting content, navigating the app, and engaging with others.
This workshop is not intended for someone who has never used social media before. While you do not need to be an expert, you should feel comfortable using the platforms and have a general understanding of how to navigate them.]
We will be using other tech platforms such as Canva, Notion, Capcut or Inshot, and/or Google Sheets.
-
We will not be using generative AI for any content in this workshop. However, if you need to leverage chat GPT for any social copy or scripts, youβre free to do so.
-
Each participant must purchase their own seat in the workshop. Workshop recordings, templates, resources, and materials are intended solely for registered attendees and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced for other business owners.
As we're part of a small business community here in the Berkshires, we ask that you respect the time, expertise, and investment that goes into creating these resources. Thank you for supporting our work and helping us maintain the value of the workshop for all participants.
